This truly is an all in one. The base helps it adhere to your manicure whether it be a gel base or a dip base and I love that it’s a no wipe so that glassy finish doesn’t get dull by having to rub the sticky layer. This doesn’t have any sticky layer and stays super shiny for weeks.
