Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 1-5 business days. Due to the current issues with COVID-19, please be patient while waiting for shipping updates. Once USPS is in possession of your package, you will have to file a claim with them if you do not receive it.

At checkout, this will be offered to you. If you decline to purchase Route, we will be unable to replace your order in the event that it is lost, stolen or damaged.
